Job title: Area manager
Reports to Regional Sales Manager

BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for sales turnover to meet sales plan, revenue and margin targets without exceeding the planned and budgeted expenditure for more than two sales territories or key customer accounts.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Drive the profitable sales territories and/or targeted market segments growth of KPS in China, to establish and well manage sales distribution network.

2. Work with the marketing and service team to improve and sustain satisfied customer and distributor relationships to obtain orders, revenue and gross income consistent with pricing policy.

3. Seek out and identify new business and product application opportunities for KPS China.

4. Actively suggest on overall direction for company business.

5. Assist to prepare the long-term sales goal, incl. sales forecasts in terms of the sales strategic plan.

6. Strengthen the distributor's capability and performance of new business development and maintenance.

7. Develop potential partners to be Kohler's strategic customers in plan.

8. The fully capability to acquire and analyze the market information, customer's inquiry, complete the quotation, check the customer's order and follow up the customer's payment, etc.

9. Execute the sales plan, strategy, policies, regulation and procedures of daily business.

10. ake out the competitive product proposal with cost for functional team on new product development.

11. Adds value to customer and internal interactions by understanding customer business models .Develops deep customer relationships based on channel's value chain and levers.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENT:

l. College Degree on mechanical or electrical engineering.

2. Able to read and write in English.

3. Individual must possess a minimum of five (5 to 8) years successful experience in sales of machinery related field.

4. Pervious sales supervisory or coaching experience preferred.

职位描述:

POSITION TITLE : Application Engineer

BASIC FUNCTION:

Technical support to sales team and customers; Communication with Italian application team; Project management;

RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Engine documents preparation together with sales team before visiting customers.

2. Participate project negotiating as the technical representative of Kohler diesel engine.

3. Communicating with customers to follow up customers’ projects.

4. Provide helpdesk support to customers as well as on site support.

5. Draft and sign technical agreement base on customer’s projects.

6. Perform engine installation check/validation.

7. Engine spec. prepare/change and database maintenance.

8. Frequent communication with Italian engineering team required.

9. Customer/Distributor training.

10. Other tasks assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENT:

l. University graduate in Internal combustion engine, mechanical or electrical engineering.

2. At least 5 years diesel engine, construction equipment or power train related engineering experience.

3. Proficient written and spoken English.

4. Proficient PC skills.

5. Basic electrical control system knowledge preferred.

6. Willingness to travel domestically.

7. Working experience in foreign invested companies preferred.
